Reviews and Ratings
I have to say, my stay was far from what I expected. The location is interesting but the property feels neglected and not worth the price I paid. While the penguin viewing had potential, the execution was lacking, and the overall condition of the resort was quite disappointing. The beds were comfortable, which was a small relief in an otherwise unsatisfactory experience.
I had high expectations for this resort given its claims of being 4.5 stars, but I was thoroughly disappointed. The location is stunning, and our interaction with the staff was pleasant enough, but the cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable. The rooms weren't comfortable, especially the second bedroom, which was poorly designed. Overall, it felt overhyped for the price we paid.
My stay at the resort was quite pleasant despite a few drawbacks. The location offered stunning views and easy access to beach activities, which was a major plus. I enjoyed watching the penguins at night, but the facilities felt a bit dated. While the staff generally provided good service, some areas definitely need upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is fantastic with easy access to the beach and lovely grounds. The penguin sights were a highlight, but the facilities definitely need some upkeep. The rooms were decent, but not as clean as I'd hoped, and the service was hit or miss. If you're after a basic stay with beach access, this might work, but don't expect luxury.
My stay at the resort was truly fantastic, featuring stunning views and a close encounter with adorable penguins right by the beach. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a wonderful night's sleep. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, especially for nearby eateries. On the plus side, the resort had excellent facilities for families, including a pool and playground for kids. Overall, it offered great value for the experience, though a bit more dining variety would have been appreciated.
